Forget about diets in winter

If you decide now to yourself slim, you better forget this idea quickly as scientists have found that diets are useless in winter.

Bad weather, low temperatures and shorter days are not conducive to sports and starvation.
Weakening during the cold months is a difficult task and requires much more effort, but results are not satisfactory because of you you want to be huddled under the blanket, not to go out and flowing into the park.

The summer season predisposes to a diet and exercise. Then there is adequate fresh seasonal vegetables that are edible and useful. The hot weather is appropriate, because the organism does not want to handle heavy foods when the thermometer in the hot pass values. Then the restriction of food will not be a burden but a pleasure.

While once again enjoy the sunny months next year to keep its shape with a healthy diet and moderate physical activity.
